This request was as a result of the article; Nationalism - A Guide, written by Richard Newman.
The only differences between this and the original document, is we needed to crop and reposition the original artwork.

Introduction by the English Nationalist Movement
This booklet is long overdue. I am not referring to a few months, or indeed, even a couple of years. The text contained within this small offering give us something very vital in our struggle against the materialism of the modern age. That something is Hope. The rest is up to you.
This eight-piece essay appeared about five years ago, when the national revolutionary movement was beginning to be influenced by the ideology of Terza Positione, an Italian organisation which recognised that true nationalism could not be based upon a centralised State bureaucracy. The series that has been reproduced and updated here, had a major effect upon nationalism within the British family of nations.
Infused with this new political inspiration, nationalism began to experience an amazing metamorphosis that transformed a populist, well worn party of die-hards into an organised movement of cadres. Such events helped to shape the revolutionary nationalist movement today. Two other similar booklets which elaborate upon this one, are "Political Soldier - A Statement" and "Political Soldier 2 - Thoughts on Sacrifice and Struggle".
Little remains to be said apart from the fact that this booklet· does not exist to inject the reader with a newly-discovered sense of patriotism....it merely serves to build upon a fierce passion for Truth, upon a love of Justice, and help arrange these emotions in a manner whereby they will prove devastatingly effective in the quest for National Salvation.

Part One: What is Nationalism?
Nationalism is a word which is used frequently by political activists all over the world, yet its meaning seems to vary from one country to another.
For some, nationalism is just an extreme form of Conservatism; for others, it is all about military dictatorships; for yet others, it is a creed which promotes hatred of other peoples simply because they differ.
The fact is that nationalism is a greatly misunderstood view of the world simply because people claim they are nationalists, or are labelled as such, when in fact they are nothing of the sort. It is essential, therefore, that in the coming months and years National Revolutionaries completely clear up these misconception, not through talk but through action.
In many respects it is easier for the beginner to come to a crude understanding of organic nationalism by considering what nationalism is not. It is widely believed that nationalism is “right-wing", or that it supports the immoral capitalist system, sometimes called 'free enterprise' or Big Business. This is far from being the case.
Revolutionary Nationalism does not lay claim to part of the nation - i.e. the 'right-wing' part - but to the entire nation. As a result it rejects the labels 'left' and 'right' as wholly inadequate, and indeed anti-nationalist for such divisions divide the nation against itself, and nationalism is clearly a philosophy that aims at national unity.
At the same time as saying that nationalism represents the entire People, and seeks the temporal and spiritual welfare of the entire community, it also makes clear that this welfare is paramount and therefore stands above any sectional interest.
Capitalism is a creed and economic system which proclaims that the individual is more important than the community, and therefore such a person has a right to seek his own advantage even at the expense of the community.
This is the very antithesis of nationalism which maintains that the individual finds his highest_ temporal fulfilment within a vibrant community; the Common Good of All defines the true and objective interests of the individual.
Nationalism is positively differentiated from creeds like Capitalism and Communism, which dominate, the modern world to its detriment, by its intrinsic anti-materialist stance.
Capitalism and Communism both see people as economic units whose whole existence is geared to serving the economic machine. It reduces Man to the mere level of, an unfeeling, impersonal cog in a gigantic wheel, going nowhere in particular.
Thus Revolutionary Nationalism rejects this absurd view of Man; it maintains that society must be organised in such a way that it serves the real needs of the People first. Man exists not to serve the machine, but to elevate the soul and seek the development of his personality.
Nationalism is first and foremost a spiritual creed. Its whole world view rests on the belief that the spiritual spark in Man is of greater value, than the purely material. That this is so IS easily demonstrated, for all the things that motivates the man of real worth are at base spiritual: love of family; loyalty to the nation; an abiding sense of ‘honour' commitment to honesty and Truth.
The materialist, who rejects such a view of the world, is a person who thinks that the meaning of life can be measured, or weighed, or contained in a test tube. If you cannot touch it or see it, it doesn't exist they argue. But for the Nationalist the sheer spirituality of our beliefs defy such a childish and shallow method.
For us it is evident that our creed is felt in our hearts and in our souls. It is the beating of the drums, and the fluttering of the flag; it is the flickering of torchlight in the black night, and the blood red sun sinking on the horizon. These are feelings that stir the soul and call us to action in the defence of the Nation.
It is a world of beauty and imagination. It is a world worthy, of our endeavours, of our sacrifices. It is a struggle that brings redemption.
Part Two: Spiritual Revolution
In Part One of this booklet, we learnt that the distinguishing characteristic of Nationalism is the fact that it is an essentially spiritual creed.
Whilst Capitalism and Communism dominate a man's life with the scramble for consumer goods, technological gadgets, being one of the "in" crowd - in a word, with crass materialism - Nationalism is concerned with the redemption of the soul, the purification of the mind, and the freeing of the heart.
It is through the assertion of the primacy of Spirit that the material plane of life – economic needs, daily life - is put into its true perspective. So we believe in the primacy of Spirit - that a real man is not motivated by greed for money or power, but by the spiritual values of Honour, Truth, Patriotism and Love.
This belief has a truly revolutionary impact on Nationalism and the Nationalist.
The material creeds of Capitalism and Communism preach that the "salvation" of Mankind will only come through material change.
For the capitalist, the highest stage of development for Man will have been achieved when his dog - eat- dog mentality has engulfed the globe, and the poor, weak and needy are pushed aside as "economically unviable ".
For the communist, it means that arranging society in such a way that the dog-eat-dog mentality is embodied not in some bloated hard- hearted boss, but in the ruthless and impersonal vice-like grip of the State.
Both systems are founded upon the same basic idea: that a change in the structure of a society brings about a change in the nature of Man. It is the "nationalisation of the means of production" that brings the 'good communist' into being; it is the "free play of market forces" that creates the globetrotting entrepreneur.
For the Nationalist, both systems are patently absurd. The System does not make the Man: it is the Man who makes the System. This is the true order for a society exists to assist the material and spiritual progress of men. Man does not exist for economics or politics.
The disorder of Capitalism and Communism can only gain ground when Man forgets that Spirit is superior to Matter, when Man refuses to exercise his free will in defence of his true interests and of the Common Good.
Nationalism does not begin with a call to accept this economic theory or that social policy, but with a call to spiritual revolution. A Man can only be master of his situation, when he is truly a master of himself. This means that before the revolutionary nationalist can combat the evil of the modern world, he must first learn to combat the evil within himself.
Everywhere our society is wracked by lying, stealing and greed, but these things can only be overcome by the 'Man who has conquered such vices in himself. How can a man stamp out the lies of the media or the greed of the bankers if he lies to his colleagues or is intent on wealth at all costs?
A nationalist who has not undergone a spiritual revolution cannot bring about National Revolution; he can only bring about a change of government personnel, something altogether different.
The National Revolution can only occur when a New Man comes into existence: a man who has broken completely with the old order, rejecting its values and ethos, and has consecrated himself, heart, mind and soul, to the New Order.
Such a line of action is far from easy. The System preaches indulgence in all things; drink, food and drugs; it argues that the individual stands higher than either Family or Nation.
The end results of this corrosive philosophy can be seen all around us: drug addiction, exploitation of the poor, pollution, slum housing, violent crime, cruelty to animals, AIDS and sexual perversion. Such disorder is the logical consequence of any materialist creed.
SACRIFICE AND STRUGGLE
The revolutionary nationalist, in pursuing his objective of spiritual revolution, takes a wholly different attitude. For sacrifice and struggle are central to the life of the nationalist. They are the means whereby we combat destructive self-interest with the Common Good of All; where our asceticism and moderation purges indulgence; where the easy way out is confronted by Justice - whatever the cost.
The importance of the New Man, of spiritual struggle, cannot be over-estimated. The New Man is the builder of our New World - if he does not come into being where is our Revolution? And this New Man is you, the reader, for such men and women have to be moulded from the materials at hand, no matter how imperfect.
If you ' truly love your country and want a real future for your children, you must do all that is necessary to bring our New Order into being. But first you must change yourself so that you can change the world. Men - not programmes. Action - not platitudes. The sacrifice demanded of us all is enormous, but the reward is immeasurable.
Part Three: The New Man
In Part Two, it was stated that there would be no National Revolution in this country until such time as the New Man came into being; a man who would reject the ethos of the modern world in its entirety - a world engulfed in an ocean of corruption and decadence - and would embody in his every thought, word and deed the organic and spiritual values of our New World.
The importance of this New Man cannot be exaggerated, for he is at the centre of our very world view, without him Nationalism is an empty word, a dead letter. The New Man is the central pillar of our New Order - without this pillar, all of our efforts will necessarily come to nothing.
Nationalists all over the world have written a great deal on the subject of the New Man, and there remains much to be written.
However, it is vital that from the start we appreciate the essential nature of this New Man: he is not some racially ideal, Godlike figure who strides across the globe building a perfect society with the aid of an infallible logic. Rather he is an extension of everyday humanity, the very real people who live now, but he is an extension where every attempt has been made to purge human nature of its defects, of its flaws.
This is not to say that we believe in the Perfect Man, but rather that we are seeking to mould a Man who has sought to overcome himself, has sought for the good and true of his character to come to the foreground, to shine out like a beacon in the night.
We cannot ' achieve perfection' in Man, but we can and must aim for a better Man.
We must seek to create a nation of people where tendencies towards greed, selfishness, hatred, dishonesty .and envy are strongly curbed, and where the compassion, generosity, love and truth that can be found in each of us is highlighted.
Make no mistake - the degeneracy or our culture and of our peoples is at an advanced stage. Half-hearted and belated measures will not stem this advance, let alone reverse it. This can only be done through the power of a positive spiritual commitment, surging through the community and through every individual.
Naturally, we cannot expect to create this New Man overnight, for it is the work of a lifetime: a talented chef, a powerful artist, an inspired poet, these are the products of endurance, patience, determination and a desire to succeed, and this is even truer of the New Man.
Thus, we must begin this building process by tackling things that, with a little effort, are within our grasp, and which when achieved will give us the ability and the hope to succeed in greater, weightier affairs.
We must begin by combating the myriad little evils within ourselves, so that a fertile soil for the growth of goodness is laid. In theory this sounds the easiest thing in the world, but in practice it is the most difficult.
We all know what it is like when we are tempted to do something that we know is wrong - and we all know too well how often we have lacked the will power, the moral courage, to resist this temptation.
Yet we who cannot overcome ourselves in minor things are apparently determined to overthrow a world of evil! The contrast could not be more startling.
Once we openly admit that we are fundamentally weak beings - and the devastation of our once beautiful world is the most dramatic testimony of that weakness - we can set about the tremendous task of strengthening ourselves spiritually, ways that will give us the courage to face the fire and blood that the forces of evil will direct at us in the future, ways that will not change us overnight, but which will point us in the right direction.
For now, let us resolve to set out on the difficult path that leads to the New Man; and upon which our very national existence depends.
Part Four: The Will to Succeed
In the previous chapter, The New Man, we stated that the single most important task confronting the revolutionary nationalist movement was the creation of the New Man. It was stated that, as the capitalist precedes Capitalism, so the New Man has to precede the National Revolution.
This New Man is qualitatively different from the type of man generated by the present System. The System is materialist, thus it produces "materialist man" - the man who doesn't concern himself with the interests of others; the man whose whole life is dominated by consumer goods; the man whose selfishness, greed and pettiness kills the virtues of Honour, Honesty and the Common Good.
Such a man cannot save a nation from decadence, for he is the product of decadence. The air may choke with poisonous fumes; the unborn child may be aborted, the country may stand betrayed - the degenerate cannot fight back, he can only pull others down with him.
Thus, it is vital for our national survival that a New Man comes into being. This will be a Man who will confront decadence with purity, selfishness with generosity and despair with vigorous action born of Hope.
The creation of such a Man is the work of a lifetime, since it involves the cultivation of our virtues and the suppression of our vices. It develops our true personality and strengthens our effectiveness in the fight against evil.
All that this booklet will attempt to do, is to draw your attention to common attitudes that must change. It is intended that these reflections act not as a source of personal offence, but as a stimulus to personal improvement.
THE RIGHT PRIORITIES
How many nationalists have the right priorities?
Some choose to follow a particular football team and elevate an entertaining sport to the level of a religion. They allow nothing and no-one to come before it.
Opposing fans, instead of being good humoured rivals, become deadly enemies: knives and axes have been used by fans to kill and maim their own kith and kin. They kill in the name of sport when they should be united in the defence of their country.
There are those who find excuses for not doing their bit: Dave and Sue's engagement party; taking the wife shopping; playing bingo; watching the TV; washing the car.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with these activities in themselves when they are conducted at the appropriate time. But when they come before defending the old folk; before striving to give this country back to the people then they become a hindrance.
There are those who have a relationship with alcohol where booze is the master and the man the slave. There is a time and place for everything, including drinking, but the Nationalist struggle does not and cannot revolve around opening hours and the next round.
While the man who virtually lives in the pub is getting smashed, his children's birthright is being stolen from them.
There are those that would have you believe that they are moving Heaven and Earth on behalf of the Cause: that they are giving 101% of themselves and straining every nerve and sinew to the limit: The reality is different.
This is the man who attends the local meeting of the movement once a month for an hour, throws 70p in the collection, buys one copy of 'The Kent Crusader' or 'Surrey Action', and then leaves early because "darts is on TV tonight." It is horribly sad that such types expect gratitude for their "efforts." Pathetic!
The enemies of this nation are working around the clock: in the schools and factories; in Parliament and on the Stock Exchange, in the media and the corporation boardrooms. They mobilize huge numbers in their service, and pour in fantastic sums of money to ensure their victory - and this “patriot” responds with 60 minutes of time and 70p in cash!
Such commitment will do nothing to stem the decline of the British Isles, for it is the "commitment" of losers, of people more concerned about their personal comfort than anything else.
Think about the next ten years. Is it a pleasant thought? Is it the kind of society that you wish to leave to your children? A nation wallowing in filth and decadence, where the innocent are sacrificed and the evil are lauded.
Only the New Man, struggling to purify his heart and soul and to strengthen his body, committed by duty and by love, can reverse the situation. It is a task that must be undertaken by us all. It is a total struggle because it is a material and spiritual struggle.
This is why we are nationalists - because we are joined to one another by blood and spirit, by our history and destiny, by our success or our failure. And YOU - where do you stand?
Part Five: Nationhood
Those of you who regularly watch the news on television will probably have been struck by the number of "national" conflicts raging in the world. Such conflicts are made all the more confusing when you realise that vital elements in one "national" conflict are found to be absent in another.
This leads us to ask: "What is a nation?"
It is a question that is not merely of academic importance, for the English Nationalist Movement is, by definition, a "nationalist" movement. If we do not understand what a nation is, we are struggling to achieve nothing in particular.
We believe that a nation is the result of the coming together of many factors, factors which have blended in an almost indescribable way, and yet allow even the simplest of our people to appreciate that loyalty to the nation - in other words patriotism - is a good and desirable thing.
Nationhood, therefore, combines solid effects with a certain intangibility. It is this combination which allows us to explain why conflicts can be so different in their make-up.
A nation may be compared, in some respects, to a flower. You can describe how it looks externally - size, colour, position and so forth. But how do you explain the fragrance, the scent that makes it so unique? It is something that you know in yourself. Just because it is difficult to put it into words, it does not make it any less real.
To know a nation internally and externally, to feel and understand ii nation, is to have your heart and mind working in unison.
What factors do we believe are integral to our view of nationhood? Firstly, there is the factor of a common racial background, a factor, which can be traced, like a meandering river, through the pages of history and which has given rise to a particular and identifiable type.
The fact that even a child can recognise the fundamental difference between a European, Negro or Chinaman is proof of the universal importance of this factor. Without the racial element, there would be no cultures, but only a mishmash of rootless humanity.
The customs and traditions associated with particular nations have grown up from the experiences of the racial element, and are a consequence of a common history, and of a common spirit of love and struggle.
It is this past, held in common, which will assist us in our common destiny - if we so desire and act upon it. However, nationhood does not merely revolve around Man, for Man is part of a natural environment which necessarily exerts its influence.
As an island people, it is plain that the sea has played an enormous role in shaping our nations. We have had to develop a close relationship with the sea in order to trade, import raw materials and to maintain communication with the wider world.
A country like Switzerland, which has no coastline, can never fully understand the role of the sea in shaping our nationhood. The nature of the land is also a massive determinant in shaping a nation, since people are forced to adapt themselves to their environment.
How Bedouin Arabs live in the desert differs greatly from how farmers live in East Anglia. How folk live in mountain regions differs greatly from how people survive in the arctic. How a land moulds a people, and to what extent is difficult to determine. Man struggles to master the land and sea, to bend them to his needs and wishes, yet in the very process of struggling with these factors, he is changed in a real, though invisible, way.
COMMUNITY OF COMMUNITIES
These factors and others contribute to the making of a nation. They allow us to define a nation as a community of communities, a living being made up of many different parts but united as One.
In one sense it is not absolutely necessary for an individual to understand nationhood - it is enough to feel it.
How it is felt may vary from one person to another: the beauty of the mountain stream and the rolling hills; the power that whirls around us on a windswept cliff top; the bustling, almost magical, life of the towns and villages; the fluttering of the flag against a cold northern sky; the history of joy and suffering traced in the wrinkles of an old soldier; the light-heartedness of the child at play - for whose sake we are battling.
When such things are felt, there is a power that surges through your body and through the bodies of millions of others who likewise feel these things. It is a life that tingles with anticipation. It is a life beyond the understanding of the capitalist, beyond the imagination of the Communist.
Yet nationhood is a life as real as you or I, and we are as aware of it as it is of us.
Part Six: Race - The Natural Order
In one sense at least, it is probably true to say that nationalist belief concerning coloured immigration is the Movement's best known policy.
In the past, virtually every household in the country has come to understand that nationalists oppose coloured immigration, and that we reject the multiracial society, and that it is our intention to repatriate, to return, these people to their own countries.
Yet, whilst this is widely known, so much misinformation and lies have been added to it by a combination of race hating organisations and by media liars, that it amounts to a distortion of our true beliefs.
A EUROPEAN AND WHITE COUNTRY
The basis of all these distortions revolves about just why we will institute repatriation. It is rare for our true reason for favouring repatriation to see the light of day. Rather, it is the views of our enemies - whether they are moronic bigots or Zionists in the media - which are always broadcast to the masses.
They say that we argue: that the country is vastly over populated and, therefore, cannot absorb 'millions of immigrants. They say that we argue: that there are millions on the dole, and therefore, we are merely importing a dole queue.
They say that we argue: that immigrants smell, or that they have 'blues parties', or that they are far more stupid than the so-called 'British master race'. They allege that, as a consequence of these 'arguments', we hate other peoples because they are a different colour, or have different customs.
But the fact remains that not one of these arguments is true in any meaningful sense, since they all miss the fundamental point. THIS IS OUR NATION, A WHITE AND EUROPEAN NATION AND COLOURED IMMIGRATION THREATENS ITS VERY EXISTENCE.
It is perfectly true that this nation is very densely populated, and that the arrival of millions of immigrants aggravates the situation. But this is not the English Nationalist Movement's reason for demanding repatriation.
Even if there were only two million people in this country, instead of 60 million, we would reject immigration because this nation is our birthright, handed down to us by the blood, sacrifice and love of our ancestors. No-one is going to take this inheritance from us.
Again, it is perfectly true that in a nation suffering chronic unemployment, the immigration of millions of Third World people is merely importing a dole queue. But even if there were no unemployment, we would say "no" to immigration on the grounds that the land and resources of England are for the use of the English people, and them alone.
NO TO RACIAL HATRED
It is not true to say that the ENM, or even the International Third Position for that matter, is an organisation motivated by hatred of others, merely because they differ.
We reject and condemn the idea of racial hatred because it is a juvenile, unthinking response which is positively encouraged by the British State, which works against the interests of our people and obscures the real reason why repatriation must be undertaken.
The ENM can respect all peoples and cultures, we can say in all sincerity: China for the Chinese; India for the Indians; Palestine for the Palestinians. How can it be racial hatred, therefore, to say: England for the English?
Arguments that revolve around "smelly immigrants”, "thick blacks" or "noisy parties" are pushed by Conservative papers like the 'Daily Mail', not because they are interested in racial harmony, but because they want to keep Whites and Blacks at each others' throats.
In this way, the real culprit - the British State which created the misery of the multi-racial society that has been a nightmare for Blacks, Browns, Yellows and Whites alike - will go unchallenged.
RACIALISM - A WAY OF LIFE
So, in this chapter on Race and Immigration, please understand that the principal reason for us advocating repatriation is that we desire to retain its European traditions. We desire to maintain its spiritual, artistic and cultural heritage. We desire that the British peoples of these islands determine their own future and in their own way. Coloured immigration is a lethal threat to these objectives.
We wish the immigrants no harm, indeed we wish them well - in their own countries. The world will only gain a semblance of true peace when it accepts that there are unbridgeable differences of race, culture and nation between the peoples of the world.
The multi-racialist, motivated by a seething hatred, tries to destroy this human diversity.
The racialist, on the other hand, whether he be Black, Yellow or White, faces reality. All peoples prefer their own kind and their own customs. The English Nationalist Movement intends to ensure that each of these ways of life is preserved in its proper setting - it s own national territory.
Racialism, therefore, is not negative, or a- matter of hatred. Rather it is positive - a positive acceptance of real life. It is a matter of genuine love - a love of our people, our country and our traditions, and a respect for others. It is a positive love of the natural order of things.
Part Seven: Racial Conflict or Sanity?
In the previous chapter, it was asserted that racialism - the desire of a people to cling to the security and traditions of their own kind - was a vital and natural part of any healthy society. Such racialism was found to be a response that all people of all races identified with, and was not the preserve of Europeans alone as the Zionist media likes to suggest.
Now, if racialism corresponds to natural order, it follows that multi-racialism is equivalent to chronic disorder. It is a corrosive disease that can only have the most damaging consequences for all races and cultures, for such a disease if it is not cured inexorably leads to death. In this case the death of the rich diversity of mankind, so marvellously adapted to its breathtaking complexity.
To be replaced by what? An appalling racial confusion, that’s lacking stability, continuity, identity, tradition and direction. A thought that is too horrible to ponder.
Clearly, many parts of the world are painfully enduring the agony of multi-racialism, yet the powers-that-be seem either unwilling or unable to take those actions necessary to racial survival.
Fear of being branded as a "mindless bigot", fear of what "the neighbours will think", fear of the powerful multi-racialist lobby which feeds upon massive media coverage and enormous financial resources - these are but a few of the obstacles preventing a return to sanity on the matter of Race, to a return to natural order.
MULTI-RACIALISM DOESN'T WORK
It must surely be obvious to every thinking citizen that multi-racial societies just do not work. They have not done so in the past, and they will not in the future. We have only to consider the British Isles, America, India and Sri Lanka to see the truth of the matter. Rapes, rioting, murder, robbery, misery and bloodshed - these are the everyday realities of multi-racialism which any number of Race Relations Acts cannot eliminate.
Only the imbecile or the man who hates the very fact of race can turn his head away from this real world, a world where both the indigenous and immigrants live in anguish, fear and mutual suspicion. What sort of world is this in which to bring up children? What sort of person is it who would deny the young the opportunity to grow up in a secure and stable community founded upon loyalty to one's own kind, whilst respecting the right of others to go their own way?
The only truly practical answer to the disorder of multi-racialism is repatriation, the return of all immigrants to the country of their ethnic origin. In simple terms this means that the Chinese will go to China, the Asians to Asia and the West Indians to the West Indies. And yes, it means that when other countries adopt repatriation, we will welcome back to our shores those sons and daughters of England, who have left their natural environment, their true home.
Of course, repatriation will not be an overnight affair, a matter of "putting them on boats" and ''sending them back". It will be a highly complex task, requiring the efficient use of human and material resources, organisational co- ordination and the exercise of patience.
Why? Firstly, because we are dealing with people, people who were brought here as pawns in a game played by capitalists. Secondly, because the ENM is committed to building a genuine and lasting peace, not only in this nation, but also between ourselves and other nations.
A well conducted, humane programme of repatriation will not only achieve a mono-racial
England, it will also win us allies all over the world - in Asia, in Africa, in the Far East. Allies who will know from experience that we are firm, honest and fair, Allies that will join our bloc of Third Positionist nations so as to resist Capitalism, Communism and Zionism.
This is not to say that we believe that repatriation will be an easy or pleasant task, for it will involve heartache and suffering, but the difficulties and sorrows encountered will be as nothing compared to the racial violence that has, and will continue to ravage too many societies around the world.
But, surely repatriation is an instrument of oppression devised by the White man? This is very far from bang the case. It was the visionary Black leader, Marcus Garvey, who founded the "Back to Africa" movement in the U.S.A. during the 1920's.
It was Garvey who co-operated with White racialists to promote this ideal, arguing that the Black man could only truly be himself in a society run by and for Blacks in accordance with their values and attitudes. It was the misfortune of Mr. Garvey, and indeed of all Blacks, that powerful forces resisted his efforts and called instead for "integration" with White society.
"Integration" could only mean second-class citizenship for Blacks; it could only mean racial destruction through race- mixing; it could only mean racial conflict and misery for all, Black and White. Fortunately, Garvey's essential message, racial separation and mutual cultural respect, has been taken up again by a forward thinking and intelligent Black man, Mr Louis Farrakhan of ‘Nation of Islam’.
The ENM can say, without tongue-in-Cheek, that Mr. Farrakhan is a comrade.
And there are examples of repatriation to be found all over the world: Algerians sent back from France; Turks sent back from West Germany; Koreans sent back from Japan; Indians sent back from various African countries; Tamils sent back from Sri-Lanka.
Races the world over are practising repatriation. Why? Is it because every race and culture is dominated by "mindless bigots"? Or is it because racial separation is the only sane and humane solution to racial conflict?
The fact remains that repatriation is the moral response of the nationalist and the realist, and it is a policy that the British Isles must adopt sooner or later. Let's hope that it will be sooner both for our own peoples and for immigrants, because it will avoid unnecessary pain and suffering. Black and White unite, you have only the injustice and exploitation of multi-racialism to lose.
Part Eight: A Revolution for the People
The last two chapters of this booklet drew attention to the reasons why the English Nationalist Movement is determined make this a mono-racial country once more; that is, to ensure that our English and European heritage will survive and flourish in the future.
We demonstrated that this position was founded upon racial, historical and moral considerations, and that, we believed that the defence of our national identity would, in the longer term, contribute effectively to a lasting and genuine peace in the world.
However, it is vital to understand at this stage that the achievement of a mono-racial England is not the end of the revolutionary nationalist process, for whilst we are intent on securing the rights of our nation, we are also determined to secure the rights of the many individuals that make up this nation.
This may seem a commonsense observation, but there are some, who wrongly call themselves "nationalists", who believe that the beginning and end of nationalism is the repatriation of all coloured immigrants to their land of ethnic origin.
Nothing could be further from the truth, for the immigrants are not the cause of this nation's problems, but merely a manipulated symptom of the disease that has poisoned government in these islands for centuries.
Even if every coloured was repatriated tomorrow, we would still be confronted by the enormous problems of Capitalism and unemployment, drug addiction, pollution, sexual deviancy, abortion on demand, vivisection and a whole host of other frightening evils.
All such evils require a comprehensive solution – the revolutionary nationalist solution.
Anyone who tells you otherwise should be treated for what they are: ignorant, Tory and reactionary!
TOWARDS NATIONAL LIBERATION
The revolutionary nationalist movement in the West strives to liberate our countries from the shackles of a Capitalist economy and a Zionist-dominated media, and it does so because love and honour is granted to our nations. But the nation is not merely collectivism; it is also a social organism made up of millions of people, all of whom have rights, responsibilities, desires and ideals.
To liberate the nation only to deny these millions their just reward is to contradict our nationalism. To liberate the nation and replace the old rulers with the dictatorship of an individual or of a party is to contradict our nationalism.
Nationalism is that creed which allows all of the people to control their own lives themselves, to make those decisions that determine their future. Nationalism is not the exercise of political power by the Few, but rather it is the masses exercising power in their own name and manner.
Thus as a genuine National Revolutionary movement we will ensure from the very beginning that all Power, Wealth and Arms is decentralized into the hands of the People where it rightfully belongs.
It will not be an overnight affair, but an organic one moulded by an education programme that seeks to make the people aware of their new and profound social responsibilities. But one, thing can be certain in this matter, the decentralisation will give the People that for which they have yearned for far too long - control over their own lives, free from the intrusions of the bureaucrat, the politician and the policeman.
DECENTRALIZATION MEANS FREEDOM
The first, and perhaps most, important, area that will be decentralized is that of the economy. At present we have a Capitalist economy that is built upon the idea that "Big is best". This principle is one that is intolerant of ideals or small institutions that obstruct its developing monopoly, so much so that the economy is organised in such a way that "the weak, the unprofitable" “go to the wall".
It is the Capitalist "law" that the ENM utterly rejects as violently anti-nationalist in its essence. There are millions of old folk and millions of youngsters in this nation. There are millions also who are ill, needy or poor. They are all our People, for we are of them and they are of us.
To the Capitalist they are candidates to be executed in his war of "free enterprise", but to us they are our mothers and fathers, our children and our grandparents, our friends and our comrades.
They have a right to life, to a decent life in a free and prosperous nation because they are of our blood and our spirit. To turn your back on them is to turn your back on the nation, on your professed nationalism, and on real Life. If there is no sense of community between our families, if there is no sense of Purpose and no sense of Destiny, the National Revolution will prove useless in halting our national and spiritual decline.
It is because the ENM is committed to the communitarian ethic - a nation at work and a nation at arms - that it will give back this nation to her long-suffering people. We need to build a People's economy where Capital and Labour disappear to be replaced by the Owner-Worker.
A man who can provide for his own essentials - shelter, food and clothing - is our ideal, the object of our national revolutionary struggle. Why? It is because he is a man who has political and economic freedom - and from that freedom come the nourishment and development of the soul that leads all to Happiness, Justice and Truth.
