One Sick Black Footballer Trumps Six Dead British Soldiers?

Sneering enricher and adherent to the 'religion of peace' Azhar Ahmed, who posted online gloating over the deaths of British soldiers, has escaped with a community order instead of jail.
Just to recap, this wonderful creature said that :
"People gassin about the deaths of Soldiers! What about the innocent familys who have been brutally killed. The women who have been raped. The children who have been sliced up!
"Your enemy's were the Taliban not innocent harmful familys.
"All soldiers should DIE & go to HELL! THE LOWLIFE F****N SCUM!
"Gotta problem. Go cry at your soldiers grave and wish him hell because that's where he is going."
His rant came shortly after the deaths of 6 soldiers in Afghanistan.
He gets 240 hours community service.
Contrast this to Liam Stacey, who was jailed for 56 days for posting Tweets about Fabrice Muamba which were deemed to be racist.
Among Stacey's admittedly nasty rant were lines like "go suck muamba's dead black d*ck then you aids ridden twat" and "owwww go suck a n*gger d*ck you f**king aids ridden c*nt."
Offensive? Yes, without doubt. More offensive than celebrating the deaths of British soldiers and calling for soldiers to die?
Surely either both should be prison sentences, or neither, if the Draconian speech crime laws are applied equally to all who live within Britain.
Could it be a case of when an enricher says it about us it counts for far less?
Are 6 British soldiers dead and an enricher gloating over them deemed less important by the law than one sick black footballer?
Sadly, everyone reading already knows the answers to those questions.
