Racism Row as Truancy Officer Says Blacks Have to Work Harder

There's a bit of an uproar in Hertfordshire after a truancy officer told a black child he'd have to work harder in life because he is black.
Apparently not being white is a handicap to success - at least according to the truancy officer who spoke to 11 year old Sonny Failla who'd been skiving from Bowmansgreen School, Hertfordshire.
Mother Rosemaria Failla has complained to the police and the council over the statement, which she says reads "Because you are not a white British boy, you are going to have to work harder in life to gain people’s respect and achieve high things."
Hertfordshire Council have launched a full investigation and a spokesman said that "'We take any such allegation extremely seriously and will be conducting a full and thorough investigation."
Said mother Rosemaria, herself of Italian origin:
"It was highly offensive and clearly racist. After the meeting, Sonny didn’t say much but you could see in the way he acted the comment had really got to him and he was clearly upset.
"It has become clear to me there is no racial equality within the council and it is of great concern to me that adequate training is not being provided to those who will be and are involved in my son’s future."
Work harder? What a bloody joke.
Get turned down for a job or promotion? Play the race card.
Fail at getting a decent education? It's cos I'm black innit.
Fall into a life of crime? It's the police being racist.
The truancy officer lied - at least unless she was only referring to blacks being more likely to be failures despite being handed every advantage.
The fact of being black hands opportunities and excuses galore not open to the white people whose land this is.
Every single failing can be blamed on evil whitey - it's never the blacks fault.
Every stop will be pulled out to try and make them appear to succeed, despite which fact they still mostly fail.
Whites fail and it's because whites are crap/other groups are better. Blacks fail and it's because evil whites are keeping a brother down!
Even the truancy officers words echo it - they imply he has to work hard because of evil, nasty racists.
The worse thing to be in Britain is a white, British child - nobody gives a damn about you.
Where's London Schools and the White Child? Doesn't exist. You have to be a minority for anyone to listen or give a damn.
Little Sonny Failla is already learning the truth now - Mummy has shown him how to play the race card.
The truancy officer should have told him to say "It's cos I iz black innit" at every opportunity and demand special treatment - that would have been honesty.
That works every time in modern Britain, where every minority is always a victim of racism.
Try being a white British kid Sonnyshine. No army of special interest groups looking out for your wellbeing, no getting "positive discrimination", no race card to play.
Then you'll know what having to work harder is.
