Britain First and the BNP

The following communication has been emailed to the members and the supporters of Britain First by Paul Golding  their Director.  Seems awfully familiar from where I am sat.  The rest is, like I said, by Paul Golding...........

Fellow patriot,

We are most perturbed at having to dispatch an email such as this to our friends and supporters, but we feel we have no alternative but to lay bear the truth before the British patriotic movement, and you personally.

We feel we have been left with absolutely no other option but to defend the reputation of those true nationalists who have been besmirched by the ranting of a few criminals, liars and money-grabbing fat cats.

We, as patriots, have a duty to all British nationalists including YOU, and we take that duty very seriously indeed. That's why I have written to you in a personal capacity today.

As you may know, Britain First has recently been subjected to a vicious campaign of hate, lies and poison, emanating from the discredited and scandal-ridden leaders of the BNP, Nick Griffin, Clive Jefferson (Aitkin) and Adam Walker.

These individuals are all known associates of the one time communist and reported IRA apologist, Patrick Harrington, of the so- called Solidarity 'trade union'.

During the endless stream of hysterical falsehoods (in email and printed bulletins) coming from the increasingly discredited Griffin cabal, Britain First and our senior officials have maintained a dignified silence, preferring to get on with the job of building a new nationalist organisation instead of exchanging blows with a group of drowning political charlatans and convicted criminals.

Mr Griffin and his widely discredited crew of overpaid payroll parasites are aghast at the progress of Britain First and the fact that now, many true and decent nationalists are waking up to the real scale of mismanagement, alleged fraud, false accounting, incompetence and financial shenanigans within the upper-echelons of the BNP.

The sensible and honest members are now leaving in their hundreds, perhaps thousands.

With the Panorama documentary into Griffin's financial affairs being broadcast on Monday 10th of October (tomorrow) and the various police investigations gathering pace, only the most trusting or naive nationalists are still swallowing the blatant lies and contrived deception from BNP HQ.

The game is up for the Griffin family business and the vast majority of sensible nationalists know this.

However, the failing regime is going into overdrive trying to raise every last penny from some gullible members still left in the party before the curtain finally comes down on this tawdry and squalid bunch of individuals.

Put simply, as genuine nationalists reach the end of their patience with Nick Griffin's incompetent and morally bankrupt 'leadership' of the BNP, and seek an alternative, the self-serving gang who are currently leeching off the BNP are witnessing their beloved cash cow being compromised, which means they will have to seek gainful employment in the real world (a concept alien to most of them).

For this reason they are desperate to smear, denigrate and demonise any credible nationalist alternative to maintain their places on the payroll, and that means attacking the Britain First movement and other decent nationalist groups, organisations and individuals. It's not just our group under attack!

Please examine the following facts for yourself and come to an informed personal conclusion as to who is telling the truth (all references for these claims are at the end of this bulletin):

FACT: Britain First has been called a 'money scam' by Nick Griffin and his cronies, yet it is THEY who are drawing exorbitant salaries from the pockets of nationalist donors. NO-ONE involved in Britain First receives a penny in salaries/wages. Britain First is a 100% volunteer movement. This will be made clear when our accounts are published next April (on time).

FACT: Nick Griffin has multiple members of his own family (including his daughter, son-in-law and mother) on the BNP/Euro payroll, and yet has the audacity to call other nationalist groups a 'scam'.

Increasingly, it seems that Griffin is simply taking his loyal supporters for a long ride, and subsidising his personal expenses and family with the cash solicited from decent trusting nationalists. You may have woken up to this but there are still significant numbers who have not and that is the real tragedy.

FACT: Nick Griffin calls Britain First a 'money making operation', yet he is directly responsible for the longest and most outrageous string of financial scandals in nationalist history. For years now, he has submitted the BNP yearly accounts ridiculously late, always massively incomplete, and which are condemned in the strongest possible terms by the BNP's own official auditor. [ref 1]

If you doubt any of this, simply check with the Electoral Commission, which has recently announced that it is going to take tough and resolute action against Nick Griffin due to his financial incompetence. In fact, the BNP accounts for 2010 (due for submission on June 1st) are already three months late, despite being 80% ready last November! Something fishy is going on.

FACT: Nick Griffin, a former bankrupt with a string of failed businesses under his belt, is currently being investigated over his alleged involvement in various criminal acts, such as conspiring to falsify financial documents in order to bankrupt the former BNP member of the Greater London Assembly, Richard Barnbrook.

FACT: Mr Griffin's BNP treasurer, Clive Jefferson, a convicted criminal, bankrupt and a former drug trial defendant, has been accused of breaching electoral law and allegedly conspiring to falsify Electoral Commission documents.

Mr Griffin is reported to be under investigation right now by the European Parliament fraud office and the police for various illegal acts. [ref 2-3]

I ask you: what kind of organisation employs a bankrupted, convicted criminal, former night club bouncer and drug trial defendant as their national treasurer? Yet, incredibly some members - even decent, intelligent people - simply refuse to accept the truth!

It's as though Mr Griffin has many people held in a cult-like trance - many have broken free but some are still under his spell.

FACT: Nick Griffin has lied to the BNP membership about the huge debts he has racked up, even when numerous court documents exist to prove him wrong he has looked loyal members in the eye and denied it!

Mr Griffin has shamefully withheld payment for bills from a whole myriad of small British businesses, and has even managed to put one honest printer out of business (the same printer who did the BNP proud by printing 20 million General Election leaflets), leading to 9 of his (British) workers being thrown on the dole.

To add insult to injury, Mr Griffin has launched a hate campaign of rumours and lies against those he owes money to in an attempt to discredit his creditors.

Shamefully, some gullible nationalists believe Mr Griffin's disgraceful ravings against these longsuffering British business owners. In total, Nick Griffin has misled his own members about an estimated £600,000 worth of debts and unpaid bills, yet he has the nerve to call Britain First a 'scam'. [ref 4-7]

FACT: Donors to the Trafalgar Club who thought they were giving to the BNP have been horrified to learn from leaked Trafalgar Club statements that the bank account is held in Nick Griffin's name. He regularly draws out large sums of cash with little meaningful records of where the money was spent! The leaked statements also reveal huge payments made to Mr Griffin's wife. There are no Trafalgar Club accounts, why? [ref 8]

FACT: Mr Griffin appointed Mark Walker to high office and used him as the 'face' of the BNP family values campaign despite knowing full well that Mark Walker had been sacked as a teacher amid serious allegations about his relationship with a young pupil.

The judge in his case described his actions as 'disgraceful' and the NSPCC said his contact with the pupil was deemed of a 'sexual nature'. Again we see that Nick Griffin is not fit to run a party when he appoints vile men like Walker to high office. Nick was well aware of these much published facts but still put this man on millions of BNP leaflets and gave him a well paid party job. Imagine if it was your daughter that was his victim? [ref 9]

FACT: The very people who Nick Griffin has decided are now 'scam artists', 'conmen' , 'snake oil salesmen' and interested only in 'money', are in fact his most intimate, most loyal, most trusted former senior officers and advisors. Paul Golding, Jim Dowson and Andy McBride worked directly with Nick Griffin at a senior level (up until last November) and were his most trusted friends and officers.

Every one of us resigned from the BNP and have condemned Nick Griffin for his incompetence, deceit and financial skulduggery. Mr Dowson refused to renew his contract a full month before it expired, because Nick refused to 'clean up his act'.

We begged him to clear out the criminals and well-known serial failures and fantasists, including the rather pathetic figure of Solidarity leader Pat Harrington. This man has effectively taken control of the party since October 2010 and look what's become of the BNP since then.

This man is notorious in nationalist circles and widely regarded as an unpleasant crank, serial failure and a wrecker of previous nationalist groups.

This is a recurring pattern with Nick Griffin: people get close to him, then they see the dishonest, disreputable things that he does, and they walk away in horror and disgust.

But unless you work with Nick Griffin and are close to him and his activities (as most of those who have resigned recently have), you will be left in the dark, as most members, probably including YOU, are. Nick Griffin is NOT the man you think he is, we are afraid.

Mr Griffin will then shamelessly attack and vilify all those who have walked away from him with the intention of trying to neutralise them.

One day we are all his friends, the next day we are all conmen, Searchlight moles and traitors: doesn't quite add up does it? Multiple these by hundreds of former BNP leadership officials and you start to get the picture.

FACT: The evidence, proof and eye witness accounts of Nick Griffin's gross incompetence, corruption and financial shenanigans have piled up so high that the BBC has been busy filming a documentary of the worst aspects of Griffin's activities.

Nick Griffin is directly responsible for this programme being produced and broadcasted, and without his incompetence it would NEVER have happened. Mr Griffin is to blame for Panorama, no one else.

Nick Griffin has sunk so low in trying to negate the damage that Panorama will cause that he has used the death of former BNP treasurer David Hannam in cynical fashion, hinting that Mr Hannam was hounded to his death by BBC pressure, when in fact Mr Hannam had been cooperating with the Panorama team in exposing Nick Griffin! [ref 10]

The members, supporters and leadership of the Britain First movement harbour no ill-feeling whatsoever towards the BNP membership.

In fact, we consider all nationalists to be co-fighters in the common struggle to save our country.

We love our country and our people and we have a special affection for our comrades still in the British National Party.

We are not nor ever will attack the party or its long-suffering members, but we will not stay silent indefinitely in the face of a barrage of lies, smears and garbage emanating from its increasingly devious and discredited leaders.

Hopefully this will be the last time we will have to respond to such gutter tactics by the desperate and money-hungry buffoons that now lead the BNP at HQ level.

The phrase "lions led by donkeys" comes to mind.

Britain First supports the ordinary BNP members 100%, but we reject the crooks, cranks, perverts and convicted criminals who are bleeding the people dry and destroying a once credible political force.

Britain First simply desires to get on with the monumental task at hand: building a credible, fresh, baggage-free British resistance movement that can save our country from the imminent onslaught that we all know in our hearts is coming.

Those that want to move on to secure our peoples future are welcome on board - those who are still in denial or still believe the increasingly desperate lies from the Griffin cabal we can only wish you well for the future and assure you that we will always be here for you and will always extend to any true patriot our hand of friendship when the time of your awakening comes.
