I had occasion to ring Jim Dowson, the Administration Manager of the fast growing campaign organisation Britain First, with regards to some news I had received - not important at this stage, so I will not bore you with it just yet.
Well one thing I really like about the Britain First people, is that they will answer their phones and will answer any questions you put to them no matter how awkward.
It is a pleasure to deal with people like them , having had to deal with some real cowardly "spokesmen" from the BNP and those in BNP Ideas, who knowing they will get asked "awkward" questions get down off the fence and hide behind it.
Well after a general chat, I asked Jim Dowson about the Britain First diaries that are being sold directly from their website and suggested to him that diaries were so yesterday and so why had they produced them?
Well I was put back in my playpen in the most friendly way, when Jim pointed out that the reason for the diaries were two fold.
The first reason, because they would become a collectors item for Britain First members - being their first ever diary and the most important reason - for every diary they sell, Britain First will be able to pay for 200 leaflets to be used in their campaigns across the country.
Brilliant. Absolutley brilliant. Not only do you get a great keepsake when you buy one of their diaries but you are also paying for 200 quality leaflets for Britain First's growing army of activists to spread the word.

I also learnt of some of their future plans to awake the British Public and they are truly breathtaking - but that is for them to release the news when they are ready in the New Year. These guys don't just talk the talk they also walk the walk.
