Where have all the Black Faces (on the billboards) Gone ?

I hesitate to write this lest it bring down the wrath of the diversity enforcement squad upon some poor innocent (!) but something strange has come about in the last few months and I now wonder why.
The derelict, abandoned and half-demolished buildings that once traded goods in the heart of Newport Town Centre have all been boarded up. On their facades billboards have been erected. These jokingly claim Newport is "OPEN" for business, fashion, music, entertainment ... while concealing from the passer by the fact that the town centre shops on which these hoardings have been placed are anything but, and largely thanks to council largesse and runaway stupidity with other people's money.
But it is the posters that caught my eye. You can see images of two of them on Newport Council's website.
See what I mean? For a town who's two central wards were 13% and 15% Islamic eleven years ago when they last counted, why the white faces? Trust me on this, I've been looking, all these billboards show white Anglo Saxons. I suppose it is because there are none to be seen on the street below.
And I suspect Morrisson's will be getting a phone call from Trevor Phillips's old outfit any day now. Yesterday my wife brought home the "Jubilee Edition" of the store magazine, filled with the expected articles on how to cater for a street party ... but as I read through the 100+ pages, I noticed something very odd. You can get all the way to page 94 without seeing a single non-white face. And that goes for all the images in the photographs of street scenes too!
Now admittedly, they do finally let our "enrichers" have the last word, by giving the back page article to some woman with a decidedly asian name, who they depict in cartoon form wearing a union flag T shirt as if an Olympian, but I have to ask, what's going on?
Where have the "equal representation of BME faces" nazis gone?
And more to the point, what nasty little deeds are they up to now?
