Lying Cheating Illegal Alien Stowaway Criminal Awarded £17,000 for False Imprisonment

Sometimes, incandescent rage doesn't quite do justice to the feelings any normal, reasonably honest, generally law abiding individual ought to feel when they click on the BBC news web site.
Feast your eyes on this but take your blood pressure pills first.
Eight years ago Joseph Mjemer (if that is anything like his real name then I am a Dutchman) arrived in our country as a stowaway. He got aboard a ship hid there and no sooner had it docked in a port of our once great maritime nation than the lying piece of scum jumped over the side and claimed asylum. Well, now I'm going to say something that will annoy almost everyone here. So far, so good. Because I believe that this country is not yet Zimbabwe and we should still honour our treaty obligations to consider the cases of those who turn up at our borders and declare themselves to be worthy in their opinion to be regarded as having a well founded fear of persecution in their country of origin for who they are or what they believe. And because I believe it is what they have done immediately before that, and far more importantly what they do then which matters.
In the case of Mr Mjemer, between 2003 and 2006 he has been convicted of more than twenty crimes including property damage, dangerous driving, and attempting to obtain goods by deception. He has invented five false identities for himself which he used in furtherance of those crimes of deception for which he has been jailed, and he has over that period claimed to officials to be British, Italian, Moroccan, Algerian and stateless. So that's at least four counts of bearing false witness to add to the pile.
He has been jailed on numerous occasions but was taken into what is charmingly referred to as "administrative custody" on the grounds that there was a fair risk he would reoffend, and a rather high one he would do a bunk (and presumably invent yet another identity for himself).
It seems that this lying piece of trash was granted legal aid to mount a challenge to his incarceration on the grounds that his detention was illegal and had caused him psychiatric harm
And whilst the judge threw out his claim for aggravated damages - fuelled no doubt by the aggravated hunger of his thieving ambulance chaser brief for an inflated wallet - the stupid sod declared that it seemed to him that this lying, thieving, cheating crook had indeed been "unlawfully" detained for a short period during which it proved difficult to pursue his latest lie in regard to his country of birth, a lie doubtless invented to avoid being sent back there.
But to add insult to injury this ass in a wig then declared this scum should get a lottery win of over £17,000 just in time for Christmas as "damages" for his incarceration.
There is, of course, a simple solution to this problem.
At some point over the course of the second world war the authorities cleared a remote Scottish Island of all its population so it could use the place as a testing ground for our technology available at the time for decontaminating land that had been subject to chemical and biological attack.
I believe rudimentary buildings still stand on this part of the United Kingdom.
I say we should immediately free every one of the people held in custody in circumstances such as this piece of trash with no regard for our laws and customs have been, ship them all to that island and leave them there.
Some might even survive the encounter with whatever the local wildlife mutated into after the experiments finished.
