The West Lothian Question

Answering the West Lothian question - or the final solution to the British question
The next steps on the road to European federation for the UK have been announced. Should Scotland become “independent”, then it shall join the EU and eventually the euro. If Scotland votes no, however, the government will do its utmost to work around this obstacle.
A commission report due out today, will recommend that regional assemblies be created and the Welsh assembly strengthened. Squeezed between the EU and these regional parliaments this federal government would have practically zero power. So, Scotland has the choice of being a regional government reporting directly to the EU, or a regional government under both the UK and EU governments. No choice at all then.
These proposals have been rejected before in the North East, but since when did the popular will ever interfere with politicians’ grand designs?
The voting arrangements of these new assemblies and this new federal government are irrelevant, as there won’t be enough sane British people in the electorate for it to make a difference.
Ultimately, our country is to be deconstructed. When this occurs, or even before, I believe our movement should conduct a re-evaluation of what it is trying to achieve. Not just the UK, but England itself will cease to exist, it will no longer be the land of the English and it will no longer exist as a state. Welsh and Scottish people can’t put the union back together again without England, and England won’t be able to be saved by the English.
Eventually, the state that we live in will become irrelevant. We should begin to organise on a worldwide scale with all people of British descent.
