News Feeds:

bnplogosmFellow Patriots, a great day for the British National Party. Although BNP Chairman Nick Griffin MEP could not attend court due to being kept in hospital, the party faithful turned out in their hundreds to support our cause.

Despite the bitter cold and driving rain British National Party supporters gathered outside the Royal CourtS Of Justice. They protested against the attack on our freedom of association and against the politically malicious attempt to misuse public money to close us down.

Lead by the Party Manager Adam Walker, the crowd was in good spirits and made it clear to the passing public that the Party is alive and kicking. Adam passed a message to the crowd from Party Leader Nick Griffin, which he sent from his hospital bed.

If we don't stand up and fight then who will?

Cheers greeted our brave officers Tanya Lumby and Simon Darby as they entered the Court to face the politically-motivated charges brought by the treacherous, tax-guzzling "Equality Commission" quango.

The details of the court hearing itself must remain secret until the final verdict is announced, but our supporters in the public gallery suggested that the arguments against the British National Party and its perfectly legal amended Constitution were flimsy and unsubstantiated.

Join us tomorrow(Tuesday 9 Nov) at 10am in front of the Royal Courts Of Justice in the Strand, London.

We will be back to show our disgust at this vexatious litigation, which is aimed at destroying our Party.

Like today we will again show these bullies that our spirits remain as strong as ever in the face of this malicious misuse of taxpayers' money to persecute those who would defend the British way of life.

The nearest Underground station is Temple and make sure you wear warm clothing and maybe bring sandwiches and thermos flasks. Not sure if hipflasks are allowed but if you bring extra you can always share with a colder comrade!

If you cannot join us at the demo tomorrow, please help us fund the top-notch legal team we have fighting the case on our behalf.

Don't wait till tomorrow to send your donation - do it now.

As you know lawyers and barristers do not come cheap but we have acted very prudently and secured an excellent deal. Our legal team is second-to-none and are working to preserve not just our freedom but the freedom of all.

You are a key player in this fight and if we are to fight we need you to back us. If all you can afford is a small donation please send that. Every penny we get is being put into this struggle to keep the last, best chance for the British people - the British National Party - alive and on the battlefield.

The British National Party is here to stay and here to fight!
